Elaine Forrest has always loved food . This love was developed by sitting patiently at her mother's kitchen table in a small hotel in Wester Ross in the 1960's a time when wholesome quality food was the normal fayre. Later Elaine Forrest  followed the family footsteps and began  learning the craft of cooking and running restaurants. Through the years Elaine worked in many aspects of the catering industry always with a passion for quality and customer service. Today Elaine Forrest has  developed The Wicked Chocolate Company  in Perth Scotland . A company dedicated to the ideals she held when first she sat by the kitchen table licking the spoon !
